Returns/Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are required to return the item, or items, to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Postal charges for the return must be borne by the customer regardless of whether the item was originally shipped with free delivery. On receipt, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued, excluding any original postal charges, to the card used in the original transaction. The item must be unworn and in its original condition with tags and original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.

As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or any other intimate items unless they are deemed faulty.

Exchange of products will take 1-2 working days to process from receipt of the item. Once the exchange has been processed it will be shipped using a 'Next Day' delivery service and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the same. Please note, if you were charged postage on your original purchase and you require an exchange, you may incur further postal charges.

Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.

Once you have received our confirmation email, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address within 2 working days or contact you for the new expiry date).

EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing from a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your jeans without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at

You may send us an email clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order and return the item.

Returning Your Jeans

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the jeans to us within 14 days.

The jeans must be returned in a condition that allows us to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit. You may try the jeans on as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned jeans, or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your cancellation.

Your refund will include the purchase price of the jeans and the cost of standard delivery. Any additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by you will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

This policy does not affect your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

Additional Return Policy

Any return policy offered by us beyond the legal 14-day cancellation right is a separate voluntary benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
